Shelby is THE BEST and working with her was a dream! She is so helpful with selecting vendors that perfectly tailor to your day + personality! She was so helpful in keeping me organized and making all of our ideas reality! Her rental inventory is so cute and so helpful when she's planning. Shelby and her team do such a great job in ensuring your day runs smoothly and keeping your timeline perfect! She's also just the best, calm and positive planner to work with and our wedding was absolutely perfect all thanks to her!! I couldn't recommend her more!!

When we decided to plan a destination wedding in Montana from California—with just five months to go—we knew we needed someone who would be all in with us. Shelby didn’t blink. She jumped in without hesitation and said, “Let’s do it.” From that moment on, she brought commitment and calm. We had regular calls (sometimes twice a week) where together we navigated budgets, vendors, timelines - you name it. Shelby was steady, and deeply invested every step of the way. Her eye brought our vision to life, and guests are still telling us our wedding felt like something out of a fairy tale. On the day itself, she ran the show like a total pro. She was composed and completely in control so we could truly be present and just enjoy the day. If you’re lucky enough to work with her, take it. It'll be the best decision you make.

My husband and I are from the Midwest and planning a destination wedding is not easy, but The White Antler helped make our wedding day vision come to life! Shelby addressed all of our questions and concerns regarding rentals in a very timely manner. Everything we rented was stunning and we could not be more pleased! Shelby and her team went above and beyond every step of the way to make the entire planning process a breeze. She helped us plan our dream wedding at Diamond Cross Ranch with such a great vendor team. She was super prompt with any questions or recommendations I needed. Any time we needed to pivot or change plans, she was so flexible. She truly made the process of planning a wedding across the country as easy as it could be. If there were any problems on wedding day, I had no idea, because Shelby handled any issue before they even happened. We also used The White Antler for all of our rentals for our welcome dinner and our wedding day. Any idea that I had, she helped make it happen with her large (and growing) selection of rentals. I highly recommend Shelby and her team to anyone getting married in the Idaho/Jackson Hole area!!!

A few days before the wedding, Shelby and her team stepped in seamlessly to cover for another vendor who dropped out at the last minute. Loved Shelby! Just recently was married in Teton Village in Jackson Hole and couldn’t have done it without Shelby. I live in Texas so definitely needed a planner and i loved working with her. She helped be my sounding board when i couldn’t make one more decision. She helped find other vendors that i needed to make the day complete and she gave me honest opinions about everything !! If you’re trying to find a planner - look no further!
