Paired with trusted vendor partners who share our standards for excellence, we create elevated mountain weddings that unfold with intention, artistry, and genuine care.

Kelsey is the backbone of our operations and trusted right hand. She oversees communication, scheduling, and all back-end support with exceptional precision and organization. A gifted writer and dedicated mother based in California, she keeps our processes calm, clear, and beautifully streamlined.

Sara was born and raised in Montana and brings a natural love for weddings and mountain celebrations to our team. Newly engaged and endlessly enthusiastic, she is known for her flexibility, warm spirit, and wholehearted willingness to step in wherever she’s needed.

Bailey has been a valued part of our team for more than four years. When she’s not helping produce unforgettable weddings, she serves as a cheer coach and mom to two cute children. Known for her polished presence, reliability, and upbeat energy, Bailey brings grace and confidence to every event day.

Megan joined our team this year and immediately became indispensable. While studying at BYU, she is exploring her passion for floral design and event production, bringing both curiosity and talent to our creative process. She was also married this year, giving her a fresh and heartfelt perspective on the wedding experience.
