The White Antler employees are the first to arrive on-site and the very last to leave on the event day. They provide a fully prepared logistics team and unlimited hours of service to supervise the timely installation of all elements. The White Antler team is there to receive creative partner and vendor deliveries, manage the set-up of decor, infrastructure, staging, and entertainment, provide guest assistance, cue activities for a successful event flow, liaise with venue management, and conduct a final strike. They ensure that the client’s vision is sustained and expectations exceeded throughout the duration of the event.
